Refund Policy

ChessPD bundle packs are non-refundable. The validity window on every pack and our T-30 / T-7 / T-1 reminder emails are the safety net so unused credits never expire silently.

1. All sales final

ChessPD sells event credits as bundle packs. Once a pack is credited to your wallet, the purchase is final. We do not refund the cash value of a pack under any circumstance, including but not limited to a tournament being cancelled, postponed, or run on a different platform.

If a payment is debited from your account but the credits do not land in your wallet within thirty minutes during working hours, contact us with the order reference and the UPI transaction id — that is a verification issue, not a refund request, and we resolve those manually.

2. Credit expiry and the validity window

Every bundle pack carries a finite validity window, shown on the pricing page in both calendar and day form to avoid ambiguity: 30 days for the single event, 1 month / 30 days for the 2-pack, 2 months / 60 days for the 4-pack, 3 months / 90 days for the 6-pack, 6 months / 180 days for the 12-pack, 9 months / 270 days for the 18-pack, and 12 months / 365 days for the 24-pack.

Event credits not consumed before the validity window ends are forfeited. There is no carry-forward, no value transfer to a new pack, and no cash equivalent. We send reminder emails at T-30, T-7, and T-1 days so unused credits never expire silently.

Picking the pack that genuinely matches your annual event count is the best protection against forfeiture. If unsure, start with the 2-pack or 4-pack and upgrade later — we do not require a long-term commitment to access lower per-event rates.

3. Failed payment / wrong amount

If your UPI transfer fails before the amount leaves your account, no order is created and you can retry. If the amount is debited but our admin rejects the verification (wrong amount transferred, screenshot mismatch, duplicate order), we email you the rejection reason and you should initiate a refund directly through your UPI app or bank — the failed payment never enters our records as a credit.

We do not charge a processing fee on rejected payments. Bank-side UPI fees, if any, are between you and your bank. ChessPD only handles the credit-grant side of the transaction.

4. Pricing changes

If we change the price of a bundle pack after you have purchased it, the change does not retroactively credit or debit your wallet. Your existing credits remain at the validity window they were issued with, and you continue to enjoy the per-event rate you originally paid for.

Future purchases use the prevailing price at the moment of checkout.

5. Custom federation contracts

Federations, chess academies, and clubs on custom workspace tiers (more than 24 events per year) follow the refund clauses written into the signed contract, which override this page where they differ. Where the contract is silent, this policy applies as written.

6. Contact
